I am saving it in my blog because this text, though humoristic, ideally shows how programmers work and how often their work is not properly seen by superiors. Sometimes people behave odd. Read the mail sent to man's wife from one supermarket. Coult not resist posting it...

People will give different answers to the question: "What is the most valuable thing in the world?". Among other things (like health, love, family) I would specially point to knowledge. When you have knowledge, almost every door is open to you (unless it is boarded by the government restrictions). May be you cannot get love or family only with knowledge but everything else - certainly.

By "knowledge" I mean not only knowing random facts but also an ability to put necessary parts together,...

I learn Esperanto.

There are severe rains here every night since Saturday. Never saw such thing in my whole life before. Weather is getting more and more unpredictable and dangerous. Sometimes I understand those who shout about ozon holes, global heating, etc.

I finished reading "Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows". This book is full of action, of course. There are answers to most questions as J.K.Rowling promissed. But there is also phylosophy that grows in books starting from the third. First two books were mostly about adventures, while others started teaching about good and bad, morality, purpose and targets in life...

The book is good, though JKR definitely decided to go with some fan versions, this is pretty obvious because does not...

Vacation is good... Lots of free time... Sometimes :) In fact I am doing small repairs, cleaning, etc. Our house (bought almost a year ago) still needs a lot of work.

I need to do some more work with my mnoGoSearch extension for TYPO3. Firsts, I need to write a code for marker templating. Then this extension can be used by majority of TYPO3 users. I think it can replace Indexed Search completely and provide better search results. But it all is in future...

Today we were on the ostrich farm. There are several different kinds of ostriches there. This one posed to my camera for several minutes. There were much more birds (not only ostriches) and I hope to get them soon in my PhotoBank. Unfortunately most birds were in cages, so it was difficult to take pictures of them.
