Yesterday Kasper transfered these two extensions to me. And today I released a new version of RealURL with several bug fixes. Here is the list:

  • Fixed bug #3078: realurl doesn't take config.typolinkLinkAccessRestrictedPages into account
  • bk_realurl02 was too large
  • Made a workaround for error in parse_url() when parsing multiple arrays
  • Updated compatibility version
  • Fixed bug #2413: RealURL: wrong paths are generated if mount points are used
  • Fixed bug #2416: RealURL: wrong page is displayed
  • Fixed bug #1814: RealURL = MySQL database optimisation
  • Code cleanup (uninitialized vars, debuging messages, etc)
  • Updated extension API data
  • Changed XCLASS name of modfunc1 to match file name

As to the mininews - this is my preference to tt_news. It is very lightweight, fast and supports TemplaVoila templating. I hope I can move it futher a bit. Soon there will be a new version with small bug fixes.

Hello dear. We have tt_news for our recipes in our site. We have also installed the Real URL extension for the site, and it does work for regular pages but it has probably not been configured for the news since they display a lot of funny characters. I would like to know how can it be configurred to show the title of each news in the url, besides that way I believe each news item will be seen by the googlebot and therefore have a better ranking for our page. Thank you.
    Kind regards,

Our website uses Real URL and Mini-news. However, for mini-news story pages I still get URLs like:
    http://www.trihedral.com/mini-news/?tx_mininews_pi1%5BshowUid%5D=45&cHash=ae7a9dc0ed

    What am I not doing?

    Thanks for your help.
