Well, tree comments are more for forums or message boards than for commenting system. Not sure. Currently database structure is not optimized for it.

As usual: nice work!
Only one thing: when I load/reload this page the plugin always says: "Not rated yet. Be the first who rates this item!". When I first rated it looks like my rating is counted normal, but when i reload the page and rate again it looks like my rating is not counted (still 4 votes).
So I'm not sure if it really works and if my first rating was really counted.
But it seems like a bug that I always get the "not rated yet"-message when I reload the page.
(FF 2.0.0.12pre; cache, cookies and js activated)

This was a bug in ratings extension: it did not clear page cache properly. Fixed in today's update. Thanks for reporting!
